Ninè IGT rosé Toscana is produced with black grapes from which it is reduced to maximum maceration time in contact with the skins. With this procedure only a small part of the coloring substances and tannins is transferred to the wine. This allows us to have a fresh and aromatic wine.
Ninè is a simple name but has a great importance for the Lombardo family: with this nickname Mrs. Maria, Giacinto’s mother, used to call her husband Antonino (founder of the company), “Niné veni acca- Ninè come here” ( from Sicilian dialect)

SMELL: plum and red fruits
TASTE: balanced in both the acid and polyphenolic components
