Vino la Pergola It is made with a mix of Malvasia Bianco (60%) e Trebbiano (40%).
The harvest is anticipated to keep the bouquet of the grape just pressed and the fermentation in white (without skin) that avoid the tannin to the wine to have a fresh easy to drink wine.

Colour: Pale Straw yellow
Bouquet: Intense, fruity
Taste: Full of Body, Harmonic, pleasant acid
Alcoholic Strength: : 11,5%
Temperature: 9°-10°
Gastronomy: To be drunk with rice, fish, white meat.
